| Prices include breakfast services, laundry and taxes. The change of lines (sheets and towels) takes place on the 3° day. Children under the age of 4 can stay free of charge, from 5-8 years old, the seasonal rate is discounted by 50% (room with parents). Rooms shall be made available at 12.00. Luggage may be left at the reception as from 10.00. You must vacate the room by 10.00 the morning of departure. If you cancel up to 10 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancel later, or simply fail to turn up, we will retain the advance booking fee paid. No animals allowed. The balance of the full amount payable on the day of arrival, in cash. A deposit of 30% of the total cost will be required to finalise booking. Nota Bene: The structure is small, family-run business, and as such 24 hour service is not available. We would therefore ask all guests to kindly inform us of their expected time of arrival by telephone or e-mail, at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Arrival without prior warning may mean having to wait.This will not be accepted as a valid reason for complaints or claims of reimbursement |
