- Prices include wi-fi, cleaning, laundry , no taxes
- Sojourn tax:from 1°may until 30 september : 0.50€ a person a day. From 1° october untol 30 april : 0.25€ a person a day
- The change of lines takes place on the 3° day.
- Rooms shall be made available at 14.30.
- Luggage may be left at the reception as from 09.00.
- You must vacate the room by 10.30 the morning of departure.
- If you cancel up to 5 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancel later, or simply fail to turn up, we will retain the advance booking fee paid or first night
- No animals allowed.
- The balance of the full amount payable on the day of arrival, in cash or credit card
- A deposit of 30% of the total cost will be required to finalise booking.
Note:
The structure is small, family-run business, and as such 24 hour service is not available. We would therefore ask all guests to kindly inform us of their expected time of arrival by telephone or e-mail, at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Arrival without prior warning may mean having to wait.This will not be accepted as a valid reason for complaints or claims of reimbursement. |
